10 Soup ABCD

Categories of product:

Green – Cucumbers,  green onion, fennel, parsley, chicken eggs

Red – Beet red

Yellow – Sour cream, rye bread

White – onion, garlic

Black – Pork sausage, salt, black mountain ash

Peel a Beet, cut with fine cubes, fill with water, cook up to readiness together with the berries of black mountain ashes, take off from fire and cool down. Cut and add in a saucepan hard-boiled eggs,  green onion, parsley, fennel, cucumbers, onions, garlic, pork sausage, add sour cream, salt, mix, leave it to draw for 40 minutes.

Serve up in pottery with rye bread.
