15 Meat soup “Golden section”

Categories of products:

Green – Chicken meat, a green onion, parsley

Red – Mutton fat, tomatoes

Yellow – Veal, sunflower oil, carrots

White – potato, onion, garlic, burning red or black pepper

Black – Pork, salt

Separate meat from bones, pork and mutton fat separate from meat, cut meat and place it in a saucepan, fill with cold water, finish with boiling, remove foam and cook on slight fire within one hour,В  then filter broth.

Peel carrots and potato, cut with fine cubes, put into a broth and cook up to reasdiness.

Crush mutton and pork fat, place on a frying pan, add sunflower oil, melt fat on slow fire till golden color, cut up onions, garlic, tomatoes, add on a frying pan and salt.
Put meat with a broth in a saucepan , fried in fat onions, garlic and tomatoes, salt, pepper and boil.

Switch off fire and cut green onions and parsley, serve up hot.
