Categories of products:

Green – parsley, fennel

Red – Beet, red pepper,  nutmeg  

Yellow – Carrots, sugar

White – white cabbage, garlic, dry white wine  

Black – Salt, black fragrant pepper

Peel and cut white cabbage, carrots and beet, cut parsley and fennel,   sprinkle everything with salt, sugar, black fragrant pepper, mix the red pepper and  nutmeg and leave for a time. 

Cut garlic cloves on two parts, put on a bottom of the bowl, salt, add black fragrant pepper, sugar and red pepper; then place in bowl the salad prepared earlier not mixing, add dry white wine, press down with something heavy and leave for two – three days.
