Cut Pork and mutton in cubes, put on strongly heated up frying pan, fry in sunflower oil within three minutes, slowly stirring constantly .

Wash out Rice in several waters while it does not become completely transparent. Fill with water add a chicken broth, raisin and dried apricots, cook at strong boiling 8-10 minutes.
