Black - Pork fat, salt

Place the peeled potato into a saucepan, fill with cold water and cook up to readiness.

Cut pork finely, separate meat from fat, place fat into a frying pan, add sunflower oil, melt fat on a slow fire, add meat, fry on strong fire about 5 minutes, slowly stirring constantly .

Cut vegetable marrows, carrots, half of cucumber, green and ordinary onions with fine cubes, place on a frying pan, fry within 3 minutes together with meat, slowly stirring constantly.

Cut half of tomatoes, add on a frying pan, salt, slowly stirring on strong fire constantly, fry till readiness.

Mix everything on a saucepan plus potato broth and a potato, salt and boil it.

Cut second half of cucumbers and tomatoes and place on plates and fill with soup.
